This Bourbon Barrel aged coffee features Brazilian beans from Yuki Minami, Fazenda Olhos D’agua. It has been aged, prior to roasting, in oak barrels from New Liberty Distillery. The whiskey barrel imparts smokey and caramel notes to the rich nuttiness of the coffee, resulting in a unique and balanced cup.
