- AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) : Exfoliates skin surface and promotes even pigmentation and smooth skin. Unclogs pores which reduces visible pore size. Promotes skin cell turn over to reduce fine lines and signs of aging. Made with glycolic acid, this mask contains antimicrobial properties.
- BHA (Beta Hydroxy Acid) : Exfoliates inside the pores to reduce congestion. We use Organic beta hydroxy acid (chemical name: 2-hydroxybenzoic acid) (dissolved in cocamidopropyl dimethylamine) which is known to cause less irritation than most over the counter comparable products. Salicylic acid is commonly used to treat acne and blemishes, but it also exfoliates and promotes skin turnover.
